Who is TakeOne Airsoft?

TakeOne Airsoft specializes in Hi Capa parts, Custom Hi Capa builds, and 3D printing, we have a large selection of parts from numerous manufacturers and also offer some of the best pre-builds and have the lowest prices in the US.

With the pandemic still ongoing, how has it affected your business? (good or bad)

Since TakeOne is still pretty young (launched at the end of September 2021) it is hard to tell if the business has been affected by the ongoing pandemic in terms of sales but I can tell you that the pandemic has definitely affected the lead times, shipping costs and shipping speed do to the supply chain issues.

Do you feel that your company provides adequate customer service to those customers who are purchasing products from you?

Regarding Customer Service, TakeOne prides itself on fast shipping, fast responses to customers questions, guaranteeing customer satisfaction, and resolving any issues that a customer may have. When someone decides to become a customer at TakeOne Airsoft they are able to purchase with confidence and transparency.

What makes your company different than the ones that do the same exact thing in the industry?

Some of the biggest things that separate TakeOne from others is that I, JT Henderson (Owner) actually play often and engage with the community to see what parts people love and what parts people are not as fond of. TakeOne also has some of the fastest shipping speeds out there (typically shipped the same day and at the latest next day shipping). TakeOne as I said earlier has the lowest prices in the US and if the customer spends $200 or more they have the option of having their Hi Capa and upgraded parts assembled free of charge. As I said before, at the root of TakeOne Airsoft’s core values is customer service, without the customers TakeOne would not be able to exist. So I would say the customer service is really what sets us apart along with the great prices.

How would you describe your company’s success so far?

In the 4 or so months since TakeOne has been around as a company the growth has been amazing. Definitely stressful at times but overall very rewarding. TakeOne is doing everything in its power to bring more and more products to the website to keep customers excited and coming back for more. I think the sky is the limit for TakeOne and the company is aiming to become the premier Hi Capa store in the United States.

Does your business give back to your community?

TakeOne loves giving back and has participated in numerous giveaways at events. I love interacting with, playing and getting to know the members of the community and there is nothing better than seeing the look on someone’s face when they win a raffle.

How do you handle negative reviews/feedback?

Knock on wood, TakeOne has not received any negative feedback and I think that goes back to the customer service that the customer receives regardless if they have made a purchase or not. TakeOne is proactive in making sure that the customer is satisfied and enjoys there shopping experience every time.

What changes have you made to your business strategy since you started?

In my original business model 3D printing was not in it at all and now TakeOne has 6 3D printers at our disposal to be able to accommodate orders. I am really enjoying the process of hearing what customers feedback is on the inventory that TakeOne carries and what we should or shouldn’t add to the product list.

What are your current hot products that everyone is grabbing?

AIP products and CowCow products are some of the most popular along with La Capa customs products that we carry. We have recently started carrying Nine Ball and Tokyo Marui products and they are also selling quite fast. We do have some more brands that we will be carrying later in the year.

Where do you think the company will be in five years? 

In 5 years the plan is that TakeOne Airsoft will carry more than Hi Capa parts and begin manufacturing American Made products that are not really present in the airsoft market.
