Who is BlowBack Masters?

BlowBack Masters offers a one stop shop for Premium Hi-Capa, G-Series, & AAP-01 parts. We have one of the largest selections in the USA with all the colors and brands you’d ever want.

With the pandemic still ongoing, how has it affected your business? (good or bad)

Covid has definitely had an impact on our store. We have been opened since early 2020 so we’ve been in business the majority of the pandemic. While sales have not been effected it has definitely effected our inventory since the majority of our parts come from Hong Kong and Taiwan

Do you feel that your company provides adequate customer service to those customers who are purchasing products from you?

Our customer service is actually what has helped us build the most relationships with customers. So I would say yes. We’re a small community so customer service is definitely a priority especially with the lack of knowledge on some of the platforms we sell parts for.

What makes your company different than the ones that do the same exact thing in the industry?

Our inventory selections is definitely a big part. That was one of the main focuses when we first started since there was not a single store in the USA offering what we did and we wanted to offer as much of a selection to our customer as possible.

How would you describe your company’s success so far?

The success of BlowBack Masters has surpassed all expectations. This all started from me (Ben) teching in my room. Realizing the lack of a store offering such a niche in our community really had me push to bring what was needed for our community.

Does your business give back to your community?

We always try to give back to the community by sponsoring events and doing giveaways, but my favorite part is traveling and meeting customers from all over as well as getting to play with them in tournaments.

How do you handle negative reviews/feedback?

We always look at feedback from the customers viewpoint since, we once started from where they are at. We work hard to assist customers the best possible way. Due to such a tight community I feel as though we’ve been able to minimize that and not have it effect our business at all

What changes have you made to your business strategy since you started?

Though not public we’ve done a lot of work behind the scenes to design and test products that we feel the community needs. This change in our business will help us offer more to our customers and help innovate and bring more products to the market that our community needs.

What are your current hot products that everyone is grabbing?

Currently our hot products are all the new EDGE / Airsoft Masterpiece releases. They are one of the longest lasting parts manufactures that we stand by for quality.

Where do you think the company will be in five years? 

In five years I see BlowBack Masters being a big part in helping the community get what they need including all the products we have coming in 2022 & 2023.
