Am I the only one that says if I go to a different area, I need to try the airsoft field? Project N1 is definitely one of those places you want to play at for some amazing CQB action in California. Jon was able to give us a little bit of insight on how the field has been doing during this pandemic.

• Can you tell the readers a little bit about your company? (what services you provide)

Project N1 is your home away from home and number one destination for airsoft and shenanigans. We offer everything from the field itself to a retail store, which includes airsoft technician services.

• With the emergence of Covid-19 how has it affected your business? (good or bad)

What’s Covid19? The first few months of lock down really hurt the business and threatened to keep the field’s doors closed indefinitely. However, since reopening, we have hit the ground running and have seen an increase in numbers of players and revenue.

• Do you feel that your company provides adequate customer service to those customers who frequent your business?

Our number one goal is to give everyone that walks into our facility our very best service. That being said, our retention rate is without a doubt proof that the company provides adequate customer service. 

• What are some of the things you are trying to do to make sure that your business provides a great and safe experience?

Providing a great experience is simple, treat the customer how you would want to be treated and be open to feedback. We are always listening to the community for feedback and constructive criticisms and pride ourselves on being open minded and able to change. Usually, the only people who leave N1 with a bad taste in their mouth are the people that came looking for trouble or have a problem with following rules.

• What would you say is something that sets your business apart from similar ones in your area or industry?

Our laid back business operation sets us apart from competing businesses in the area

• What makes your customer base unique?

Our customers care about the business as much as the people who work here. They treat it like their home and take care of it. They also understand that this place, as relaxed as it may regularly be, is still a business that needs to make money to survive.
